Apooka Update!

We're chugging along on the new Apooka hardcover. This will be a collection of the five books, with the three mini books colorized, as well as some pin up art by fellow artistst. We're hoping to have this ready to roll by summer.

April A Day

Howdy everyone! It's been a minute since the last post. I've been more active on Instagram lately. Also been on Youtube helping my good friend Joe Foo out with Camp Pencil Point videos. I started a drawing challenge with my good friend Justin Castaneda called "April A Day," where we draw April O'Neil of Ninja Turtles fame. Here's some samples, again you can see more on my Instagram @mikerroll. I will be doing another challenge during the month of May so stay tuned!

Sorry it's been a while since the last post. It's been a crazy year full of ups and downs, things are finally starting to trend upward again. Just wanted to say "Thank you" Megacon attendees and Spooky Empire attendees from April of this year. We had so much fun this past weekend. We attempted some live videos from the show with our good Camp Pencil Point friends Drew T. Drawctopus and Joe Foo this past Sunday. Please check out the videos on Youtube! Things are rolling along well. Still working on the new story for Apooka hard cover. Next up for us is Maker Faire Detroit at The Henry Ford Museum. Really looking forward to this one, July 28-29 2018. Please, please stop by the Camp Pencil Point exhibit and say "Hi!" and you're more than welcome to draw with us!

Orlando Megacon 2017

Howdy! Apooka can be found at Artist Alley table A211 at Megacon this year! It's been a busy year so far, hoping for cool Apooka related things coming down the pipeline. It's a short con/show season for us this year, next stop will be Maker Faire Detroit at the Henry Ford Museum with the Camp Pencil Point gang! Also a "thank you" to Motor City Comic Con for another great show, it was fun! Lastly, here's a few pics from Megacon!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit us this weekend at Maker Faire Orlando! We also met some wonderful artists in the artist alley at the Spirit building. Apooka is always more than happy to make new friends. We even got to run off some 3D printed Apooka tests too.
